I hereby authorize the St. Pius X camp coordinators to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention, and I hereby waive and release St. Pius X High School from any liability for any injuries or illnesses incurred by my child while attending camp at St. Pius X Catholic High School.

MEDIA RELEASE I authorize photos of my child participating in camp to be used in all St. Pius X media. Names will NOT be used with any photos.

SUMMER SEMINARS


  • Come explore your creative side. Each day will focus on a different medium. We will paint, draw, create sculptures and much more.


  • Beginning band camp is for campers who have little or no experience with a musical instrument. This two week camp will establish fundamentals of how to make sounds on the instruments, and dive into the basics of music reading, and performance. Instruments focused on will be flute, clarinet, trumpet, trombone, and percussion.

  • Intermediate band camp is for campers who have some experience on an instrument. This camp will focus on higher levels of music performance, such as incorporating scales and key signatures into playing.


  • Enjoy exploring design possibilities using different platforms. Campers will receive topics and will craft a marketing strategy, incorporating graphics, and marketing tactics to execute a compelling campaign.


  • Do you know a lot about a little or a little about a lot? Do you have a competitive streak? Do you enjoy trivia? Do you think fast on your feet? Would you like to test your skills among like-minded individuals? Then Scholar Bowl Camp is for you!


  • Speech and Debate Camp aims to bring young people together through intellectual discourse and good spirited repartee. Debate Styles: Public Forum and Lincoln-Douglas. Come explore debate current topics with us and see how fun speech and debate can be.


  • Come learn about all things Theatre! Become comfortable with being just a little bit crazy, auditioning, acting, improve, staging, sound and lighting basics are things we will cover this week. Family and friends are invited to our free mini performance at the end of the week.


  • Experience a fun-filled day at Camp Pius! Our camp offers a wide range of activities for 5th, 6th, and 7th graders (as of August 2024). We will provide a variety of sports, arts and crafts, and outdoor activities that are sure to keep your child engaged and entertained. Lunch is provided. Campers are also welcome to bring their own lunch.
